Summer is officially over.
How time flies! The month of May has been fun – explored Anawangin with my teammates, enjoyed our much-awaited family outing at Bosay Resort in Antipolo, and just last week, I had fun jogging by the beach and wresting with the giant waves in Bataan. I’ll be posting photos of our trips when I get the chance!
For now, let me officially say goodbye to summer.
Hello, rainy season!
Greggy’s back to school in two weeks.
Here’s a great way to bond with your child. Join us at the Alaska Family Run on May 7, 2011 at SM Mall of Asia.
My son and I signed up for the 3K category at Runnr, Bonifacio High Street last Saturday. Registration is FREE. The race kit only comes with bibs and a map. Finisher singlets will be given after the race.

This was one of the most productive, fun Sunday mornings for me and my family. Led by our new Christian friend from Liberia, who’s now studying here to become an evangelist in his country, we welcomed the beautiful morning with a prayer before heading to the Philippine Army grandstand to run and play.
It was an awesome day! Indeed, God’s love and mercies are new every morning!
Let these pictures speak for themselves.

Daddy and son doing some warm-ups

I finished my 6K run feeling great and recharged. Thank you Lord for the gift of strength! Apart from You I can do nothing!

We miss you, Ayesha! Sleep early so you can join us next time! Hehe.

Greggy finished his firsk 1.5K run with Tito Gerald. Good job, baby!

Having fun at the playground

I love you, daddy and kuya!

Baby Ayesha woke up very early today (5am) so we decided to get up and join her. By 6am, we were all playing outside while waiting for breakfast to be served (tocino, daing and fried rice — yumminess!). Then Leo cooked yummy macaroni spaghetti for lunch coz our helper had her much-awaited day off after breakfast. Yum-yum!
There’s really no place like home…Here are some of our photos.

Good morning, Philippines!

Ayesha’s chasing Greggy…hehe.

This is the overweight version of me after giving birth. LOL

Last Sunday was a special day.
Special because it was baby Ayesha’s first time to go to church with us. We bought a new stroller for her so we can take her anywhere we go from now on. She’s turning three months next week! Yey!
Here are some of our photos.

We love Sundays!

Before going to their respective classrooms (Kids Church)
Then we went to Market Market after the service…Our little princess didn’t make a fuss at all. She seemed to have enjoyed every bit of her first stroll around the mall!

Oh by the way, So-Cuddly.Net is now up and running. I was able to transfer it to my new host. The images on my posts are missing though. Because when O2g’s server (my former host) unexpectedly crashed two weeks ago, I didn’t have a back up of my wp-content folder. So I lost all my plugins, themes and images. It’s a good thing I was using the WP-DB Backup plugin on that blog which automatically sends a back up of my WordPress database to my email. Otherwise, I would’ve lost all the posts I wrote for the last two years. This plugin really saved my day! I highly recommend this to those who have WordPress hosted blogs and are too busy to backup their database regularly. Thanks, Filosofo!
