I was on sick leave for two days. So when I came to work this morning, I had to catch up on so many things. When I finally felt so drained with all the work I did I knew I had to stop and meditate for a while. Silently I prayed, “God, give me all the strength that I need – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually…”

Then as I listened to this song, tears started falling from my eyes. The lyrics were so beautiful. I felt like each word was taken from my own heart.

I can’t wait to go to church with my husband and baby tomorrow…Have a blessed Saturday, everyone!

Everytime I hear Bea Alonzo sing on ASAP, I would always tell my husband that she has a good singing voice. But I never thought that she could really sing that well.

So when I heard her own rendition of I’m Missing you on Boy and Kris (she sang it LIVE, mind you) a few weeks ago, I was mesmerized by the way she sang it. It’s awesome! As a matter of fact, it’s better than Meja’s original version. I love the passion in her voice. You could really feel the emotions she put into it. Her The Real Me album really shows how talented she is. I am happy for her. It’s true that you don’t really need to have a high-pitched voice to become a singer. For me, voice quality is more important.
