Paintball

Have your ever played paintball before?

I heard my officemates talking about it on our way home. But as bad as it may sound, I had no clue what they’re talking about! Hahaha. The truth is, it’s actually the first time I heard about paintball. So when I asked them what it was, they gave me a strange look as if I were from mars or something.

Anyway, since my curiosity got the best of me, I did a little research about it.

So for the benefit of others who don’t have a clue what it is, Paintball is a sport in which players eliminate opponents from play by hitting them with paint filled, breakable, gelatin paintballs shot from a carbon dioxide or compressed air powered “paintball marker”. Ouch! I can just imagine how painful it is!

So for women aspiring to be the next Angelina Jolie, this is the best sport for you. Just don’t forget to bring your Tippmann x7 gun sniper with you and you’re off to some guaranteed action.

A must-read book

The newest selection from Oprah’s Book Club has just been released! It’s entitled A New Earth, Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose and is written by a great spiritual writer Eckhart Tolle. He’s also the author of the #1 New York Times bestseller The Power of Now which was translated into 33 languages and was considered as one of the most influential spiritual books of all time.

I love reading self-help and inspirational books because I learn. Reading them uplift my spirit and inspire me to do better in life…to be the kind of person that I wanna be. Just like what Mahatma Gandhi said, “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever…”

That is so true, isn’t it?
